Pureprofile Limited (ASX: PPL or the Company) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Kohei Katagiri as Company Secretary, effective today.
Mr Katagiri is an admitted solicitor and holds a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) / Bachelor of Laws from Macquarie University, and a Graduate Diploma in Taxation and a Master of Laws from the University of Sydney. He is an associate member of the Governance Institute of Australia.
The Company also announces the resignation of Ms Nicola Betteridge as Company Secretary, effective today. The Board thanks Ms Betteridge for her services to the Company.
