Australians reveal what makes them loyal

New research from Pureprofile and Retail Doctor Group shows how Australians stick to their favorite stores. 

Almost everyone (95%) is in a loyalty program, and 30% pay for it. The study, done in February, asked over 1,000 Aussies. It found that 83% are loyal to their preferred shops. Also, 18% are using loyalty programs more than before, showing they’re becoming more important in shopping.

Almost all (95%) Australian consumers are members of one or more loyalty programs, with 30% paying for a program such as Amazon Prime or One Pass. Close to half (45%) said that a loyalty program would make them visit a retailer more often, and 27% said a program would encourage them to spend more at said retailer.
