Swisse Wellness is challenging the traditional notions of romance in its first ever vodcast series, ‘Acts of Wellness’.

Hosted by Flex Mami, the series positions ‘Acts of Wellness’ as a new love language, with 73% of Australians adopting these acts to maintain romantic relationships, according to Swisse’s research.

The vodcast will feature discussions with various Australian duos on the topic of sustaining relationships. Notable guests include Luke & Sassy Scott and Rachael Gunn alongside her husband Sammy Free.

Swisse’s research, which underpins the vodcast’s theme, was conducted by Pureprofile. The study surveyed 1006 Australians aged between 18 and 50, from May 17 to May 21, 2025. The findings suggest a shift in how Australians express love, moving away from traditional gestures to more wellness-oriented acts.
