Pureprofile Limited (ASX: PPL or the Company) wishes to announce that effective from today, 3 January 2018, Grant Thornton Audit Pty Ltd (Grant Thornton) has been appointed as auditor for the Company.
This appointment follows the outcome of an audit tender process undertaken by the Directors. In accordance with this process and s329(5) of the Corporations Act 2001, the Company has received the resignation of Pitcher Partners Sydney and ASIC’s consent to the resignation.
In accordance with s327C of the Corporations Act 2001, the appointment of Grant Thornton as auditors of the Company and its controlled entities will be recommended by the Board for ratification at the Company’s next annual general meeting.
