Proposal Terms and Conditions

“Pureprofile Business Account”

All projects must be deployed within six months of your acceptance of the proposal. If the project is not deployed within this period, it will be cancelled and you will be charged the cancellation fee in accordance with clause 4 of these terms.
The proposal summarises the project costs based on the quoted incidence rate and survey length. Any changes made to the required incidence rate or survey length will affect the total cost of the campaign.
This proposal is based on information provided by you at the time of quoting. Pureprofile provides no guarantee that project specifications will be met if the specifications change from those quoted.
If the proposal is accepted and any projects under the proposal is subsequently cancelled, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the total price stated in this proposal and any direct costs incurred by Pureprofile (including fees paid to members of Pureprofile’s or third party online panels), which you agree is a reasonable cost of cancelling the proposal.
Pureprofile reserves the right to refuse any survey that is: a) too long or complex; b) contains obscene, discrimatory or objectionable material; and c) fails to meet other guidelines outlined by Pureprofile.
You accept a ‘duty of care’ for all of Pureprofile’s online panel members directed to your survey site, which includes, but is not limited to, a duty to: a) provide an accurate link to the survey; b) ensure the survey is avaliable at all times during the notification period; and c) redirect respondents to Pureprofile for account crediting at the completion of the survey.
Survey must not contain any links, banners or redirection to sites external to Pureprofile except for the purposes of technical support. Pureprofile’s online panel members cannot be directed to other market research agency website or market research panel website.
You must not collect any personal information about a Pureprofile online panel member without the authorisation of Pureprofile and permission of the individual member and you will comply at all times with applicable data protection and privacy laws.
For the avoidance of doubt, you are responsible for all costs relating to projects commissioned by you. This means if the project requirements are changed after it has been launched, you remain responsible for all costs associated with the project prior to the changes.
We may suspend the project at any time if you have outstanding fees for previous services performed by us, which are overdue.
