In Sydney, data and insights company Pureprofile has launched an AI-powered video survey capability, which it says will ‘capture more nuanced consumer insights and enhance business decision-making’. The tool uses AI-generated avatars to encourage authentic, unfiltered feedback.
Pureprofile’s research promises ‘rich insights into real human behaviour’ – the firm builds in-depth profiles of consumers via proprietary and partner panels, helping clients to understand their audiences, target and engage them. For the third quarter of this year it reported revenue up 13% to $AUD 13.9m, with growth outside Australia particularly strong, and a week ago it appointed Emily Beach as Head of Data & Insights UK, reflecting strong demand for its solutions in the country.
