Employees want a connected culture with a personalised work plan and adaptive learning opportunities to support rapid career growth whilst being able to work anywhere, anytime. Companies need to respond by prioritising outputs over employee location, creating a customised workflow for everyone instead of a standard list of duties and having ongoing conversations about professional development instead of waiting for an annual review.
