Around half of farmers want to adopt regenerative practices

New study highlights that UK Farmers want to establish more sustainable practices.

The study, conduced in February 2023, was commissioned by independent research company Pureprofile interviewing 100 UK-based farmers on a range of issues facing their farms. 

The report from the study found that 52 per cent of UK farmers interviewed state they want to introduce techniques that minimise soil disturbance, and 46 per cent plan to maintain living roots all year round. A further 43 per cent expressed an interest in integrating livestock into rotation.
