75% of Australians believe it will take 6 months or longer to return to normal. They are re-evaluating their priorities and what will play a role in the lives post crisis.  Some brands’ response has been pitch-perfect.  Others have been tone deaf and we are seeing the difference in the Australian Normality Index.
