LONDON, 9 February 2026: Global data and insights company Pureprofile announces the appointment of James Ward to its UK team as Client Development Director. As part of its ongoing focus on long-term client partnerships in the UK, Pureprofile continues to invest in its expertise to support clients with trusted data and insights.
James brings extensive experience from across the research and insights sector. He joins Pureprofile from Norstat, where he held the role of Client Account Director, working closely with clients to support informed decision-making through high-quality online data and a pragmatic, consultative approach to service delivery. Prior to this, James was responsible for driving new business at Panelbase, before the company became part of Norstat. Earlier in his career, he served as Business Development Director at Veredus, leading new business initiatives and building strong client relationships within the research industry.
