It’s wave 4 of the Hearts Pulse and in some areas the fresh-from-last-night data is pointing to a move back to normality across key broadcast platforms! The majority of respondents are now consuming most media channels (with the exception of SVOD) ‘same as before’, with people showing signs of both news and COVID-19 fatigue. Hearts Pulse is our fortnightly dip into consumers’ minds throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. The proprietary data shows our clients the patterns and trends forming among their customers, helping them steer their way through.

We worked closely with market research group Pureprofile, and the results are actually incredibly positive; still lots of opportunity out there!
