Over 80% of Aussie shoppers have moved online: Report

The tide has well and truly changed for Australian retail, with the latest Australian Ecommerce Report showing that shoppers are now regularly buying online, a trend that’s unlikely to recede.

The Australian Ecommerce Report 2022, released by IAB Australia and Pureprofile, found that 83 per cent of Aussies buy products online every month.

Value for money was touted as the most compelling reason to shop online for 84 per cent of respondents, while convenience ranked as another top reason for online purchases.
