Pureprofile Limited (ASX: PPL) (Pureprofile or the Company) advises that Elizabeth (Liz) Smith retires by rotation at the Company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) and has elected not to seek re-election. Liz’s retirement will be effective at the conclusion of the AGM which is being held on 28 October 2026.
