Leading non-profit organisation Understood.org partnered with Pureprofile to explore the challenges, behaviours, and values of Gen Z and Millennials in the workplace, aiming to shed light on their experiences. The research was designed to raise awareness and inform future advocacy. Achieving this required a focus on several key components:
Pureprofile conducted a US-based study among adults born between 1981 and 2012, using its nationally representative panel to explore the workplace experiences and needs of neurodivergent Gen Z and Millennials.

A targeted panel was curated by our project managers, with quotas applied across key demographics to deliver balanced, inclusive representation

The survey was built and scripted by Pureprofile in collaboration with Understood.org, covering identity, behaviours and values

To uphold data quality, Pureprofile applied CleanID to verify respondents and ensure accurate data was captured for further analysis
The research made a strong case for inclusive workplace practices and helped Understood.org raise awareness across industry forums, engaging wider audiences on the importance of accessibility and inclusive thinking:
We are so pleased with how the partnership with Pureprofile turned out – we were able to quickly get insights for our Gen Z Neurodiversity research with full support from the Pureprofile team. They were very engaged and responsive, and asked great questions to ensure the research ran smoothly.
