Identifying strong cases for meaningful change

Leading non-profit organisation Understood.org partnered with Pureprofile to explore the challenges, behaviours, and values of Gen Z and Millennials in the workplace, aiming to shed light on their experiences. The research was designed to raise awareness and inform future advocacy. Achieving this required a focus on several key components:

  • Examine how individuals identify as neurodivergent
  • Investigate how neurodivergence influences behaviours in daily life
  • Evaluate workplace inclusion, and understand opportunities to create more supportive environments
  • Explore self-perception and strengths neurodivergent individuals recognise in themselves
  • Drivers behind decisions related to employment choices and retention
SOLUTION

Turning insight into action through targeted research

Pureprofile conducted a US-based study among adults born between 1981 and 2012, using its nationally representative panel to explore the workplace experiences and needs of neurodivergent Gen Z and Millennials.
