PRESS RELEASE: Pureprofile appoints Andrew Edwards as Chairman

The Board of Pureprofile Ltd  is pleased to announce it has appointed Andrew Edwards as Non-Executive Chairman, effective 1 April 2016.

Mr Edwards currently  serves as Non-Executive Director and interim Chairman following the passing of Fred Swaab.

Having relocated back to Australia, Mr Edwards was most recently the Chairman and CEO of internationally-renowned advertising and marketing agency Leo Burnett Group UK and President of Leo Burnett Central Europe. Prior to his roles for Leo Burnett, Mr Edwards ran Australia’s most awarded direct marketing company, Cartwright Williams.

Mr Edwards said: “Pureprofile is a fast-growing business with a strong heritage of building powerful technology and I’m honoured to be appointed to serve as its chairman.

“Having worked closely with Paul and the board of directors for the past year, I believe the company is uniquely positioned to capitalise on current and future trends in data technology and programmatic advertising.

“Pureprofile has a large and exciting vision, and I’m genuinely delighted to have the opportunity to work more closely with the team to achieve its growth objectives.”
