Pureprofile has signed an agreement to acquire i-Link Research Solutions for $1.25 million, expanding the consumer research platform’s Australian market share.

The deal is set out over two $625,000 tranches, with the first to be paid upon completion, and the second in nine months time. The acquisition will be financed through cash reserves and is expected to complete on 1 July 2024.
