AUSTRALIA – Global data and insights business Pureprofile has named Elizabeth Smith as non-executive director and chair of the audit and risk committee on its board of directors.
Smith will also sit on the board’s remuneration and nominations committee in her new role, and has worked in the corporate finance sector for more than 20 years, including on the finance, audit and risk committees of various public and private companies.
