Pureprofile is set for a board refresh: Non-executive director Liz Smith will retire, and Michelle Kvello is nominated to join the board, subject to shareholder approval.
The changes will take effect at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for 28 October 2026.
Kvello brings a strong finance background, having held senior roles at prominent organisations including Reuters, Foxtel, and Yahoo!7. She is also the founder of Lantern Partners, a fractional CFO advisory firm, and currently serves on the Board of 10×10 Philanthropy. Previously, she was a Director of Performing Lines.
Kvello’s credentials include being a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, holding a Master of Applied Finance, and graduating from the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Her extensive experience is expected to bring a fresh perspective to the Board.
Meanwhile, Smith is retiring from the board after a three-and-a-half-year stint. She’s also on the board and chair of the audit and risk committees for the Australian Red Cross, Nuchev and DGL Group.
