Pureprofile unveils AI Coding tool to speed up open-text survey analysis

Originally published: IT Brief Australia, 26 August 2025

Pureprofile has launched a new AI Coding tool designed to speed up and improve the analysis of open-ended survey responses for global research projects.

The company’s newly released solution leverages advanced natural language processing (NLP) to identify key themes in qualitative data, apply or generate codeframes, and provide multilingual insights in real time. This aims to address longstanding challenges around the manual coding of open-ended questions in research, a process often cited as both time-consuming and resource-intensive.

Automation and flexibility

Puresprofile’s AI Coding tool is developed to simplify and accelerate the process of extracting actionable findings from open-text responses. Through its NLP engine, the tool categorises responses into themes, allowing researchers to either apply a predefined codeframe or instruct the system to create one automatically. Results can be reviewed and refined as they are generated, offering greater control over the coding process.

Multilingual support is included in the solution, enabling consistent analysis across different cultures and languages. This feature is particularly suited to large-scale international research programmes, where maintaining accuracy and cultural nuance is essential.

Designed for multiple use cases

The tool is positioned to serve a variety of research applications, including brand health tracking, Net Promoter Score (NPS) assessments, campaign evaluation, and public sentiment analysis. Its continuous learning capability allows the system to evolve in response to changes in language and expression, increasing accuracy and relevance over time.
