The last few years have proven that life is unpredictable and nothing should be taken for granted. We’ve never been more proud of our people. They have grown, developed and adapted in the face of global uncertainty – supported each other and worked harder than ever towards a common goal. What a team!
At Pureprofile, we have worked extremely hard to define who we are and what we stand for. We are more than just a workplace, we are a community that prides itself on compassion and hard work; respect for all and a collective desire to do good. We know full well that our great culture is the sum of our people. It is only great because of the individuals who turn up every single day and share their passion, knowledge and expertise with us.
The opportunity to become a Great Place to Work certified company was one we grabbed with both hands. We were absolutely delighted with the results we achieved across the employee satisfaction survey, and these results really do speak for themselves:

Our CEO, Martin Filz, says:
‘The people and culture at Pureprofile are truly the driving force behind the success of our business.
I am incredibly proud that we’ve been recognised as a Great Place to Work and even more proud of the wonderful, caring and dedicated team that live and breathe our company values every single day.
We know our employees feel they are part of our community, not just a workplace and we encourage everyone to be themselves with confidence. We believe teams with diverse ideas and experiences are better teams; more creative, more effective and fuel disruptive thinking.
Our culture is one that is built on positivity and openness, and it’s clear that our clients value this too. They can see our team members are industry experts, enthusiastic, proactive and passionate about what they do and this goes hand in hand with our high Great Place To Work™ scores.’
Our People & Culture Manager, Briar Hawkins, says:
‘At Pureprofile, our people come first and we are committed to fostering a warm, safe, diverse and fun culture. Caring for our people means that they care about their company. I am thrilled that our employees are such passionate advocates of our business, with 98% of our employees agreeing that Pureprofile really is a Great Place to Work.
During the global pandemic, our teams have become even more connected than ever, our senior leadership and People & Culture teams have worked really hard to maintain a strong human connection throughout this time.
We are more than just a place of work, we are a place where people feel respected, heard and supported. Everyone truly cares about one another at Pureprofile, which in my opinion is a true testament to who we are and what we stand for.’
Our Sales employee, Tom Hamilton, says:
‘I feel extremely proud to work at an organisation that is Great Place to Work-Certified™. Pureprofile is truly deserving of this title. We are a people first and people focused organisation – from our clients to every team member across the world.
The senior leadership team is accessible and makes us feel like we are a one-team organisation. Our ideas are considered and I really feel like I am making a valuable contribution to our success.
I know it’s a cliche but everyone has a can-do attitude because everyone is happy and committed to the same goals. We have the passion and energy of a start-up and it’s a super friendly and fun environment to be in. Pureprofile is a GREAT place to work!’
Being certified as a Great Place to Work is certainly the icing on the cake, after a very busy and challenging year. If we needed it, this is proof that we are part of something special and it all begins with our people, our team of champions!
